1.     What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices on the site are displayed in GBP. Use the currency converter on our website to find prices in your preferred currency.

2.     What materials are used in GoldAge jewellery?
Our jewellery is handcrafted using high-quality gold, available in 9K, 10K, 14K, and 18K options.

3.     Can I personalize my jewellery?
Yes, we offer laser engraving for personalization on select items. You can add names, initials, or short text to your chosen piece. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

4.     How do I determine the right size for my piercing jewellery?

5.     What are your business hours?
Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, 10 am to 4 pm EST, excluding holidays.


Orders and Shipping

1.     I just placed an order. When will it ship?
Please allow 24-48 hours for production. Average shipping times are 7-10 business days, excluding holidays. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order ships. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 5 business days, email us at info@goldagejewellery.com.

2.     How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days. Longer times may apply for international shipments.

3.     Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment.

4.     What if I entered the wrong address?
If you entered an incorrect address, email us at info@goldagejewellery.com or reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours. After 24 hours, changes cannot be made, and refunds will not be issued for incorrect submissions.


Returns and Cancellations

1.     Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it ships without any penalties. If the item has already shipped, use our return system to request a refund.

2.     I’m not in love with my order. Can it be returned?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products. You have 30 days to return the item at your own expense. Once we receive it, we’ll process a full refund. When returning the package, please include your name and order number.

Note: If your package is in transit, wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.

3.     When can I expect my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Product Information

1.     Are your pieces sold individually or in pairs?
Most of our jewellery is sold individually to accommodate single piercings. If sold as a pair, the product description will specify this.

2.     How should I care for my GoldAge jewellery?
To maintain its beauty, store your jewellery in a dry place, clean it regularly with a soft cloth, and avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or environments.
