At GoldAge, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade jewellery and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. To demonstrate our confidence in the quality of our products, we offer the following warranty:

1-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee

We provide a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery, covering any defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues related to the structural integrity of the jewellery, such as faulty clasps, broken chains, or loose gemstones.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, dents, or discolouration resulting from regular use.
  • Accidental Damage: Damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or improper care.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any alterations made by third parties not authorized by GoldAge.
  • Items purchased with Laser Engravings: Any items the customer has chosen to engrave cannot be returned as they have become one-of-a-kind and cannot be resold. 

 

 

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim:

1.   Contact Us: Contact our customer service team at info@goldagejewellery.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

2.   Provide Evidence: Submit clear photographs of the defective item to assist in assessing the problem.

3.   Return Authorization: If the issue falls under our warranty, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on returning the item.

4.   Inspection and Resolution: Upon receiving the proof of return, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

Additional Information:

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items for warranty evaluation. If the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 weeks to evaluate and process your warranty claim.
  • Non-Transferable: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Proper Storage: Store pieces separately to avoid scratches.
  • Regular Cleaning: Clean with a soft cloth and avoid exposure to harsh chemicals.
  • Safe Handling: Remove jewellery during activities that may cause damage.
