At GoldAge, we take pride in crafting handmade jewellery using high-quality materials. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have established the following return policy:

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized Jewellery: Items with name engravings are considered custom-made and cannot be returned.

Returnable Items:

  • Non-Engraved Jewellery: Items without engravings can be returned only if they remain in their original sealed clear packet. Returns are not accepted once the seal is removed, as the item is considered tried on and cannot be resold.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item in the wrong colour or size, it is eligible for return.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: Items that arrive defective or damaged can be returned. Please provide photographic evidence to support your claim.

Return Conditions:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving the item.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Warranty:

  • Coverage Period: All items come with a one-year warranty.
  • Free Replacement: To receive a free replacement under warranty, proof of the defective item must be provided.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at support@goldage.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Prepare Package: Ensure the item is in its original packaging and include the RMA number.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
